Explore the traditional Keuruu: <a title=\"Vanhakeuruu.fi\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vanhakeuruu.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\">Old Keuruu<\/a>. An old saying goes that in Central Finland and especially Keuruu the Finnish language is at its purest form. Elias L\u00f6nnrot, reformer of the Finnish language visited Keuruu to learn Finnish in its natural state. As a reminder of this,  <a title=\"Eliaksenristeilyt.fi\" href=\"http:\/\/www.eliaksenristeilyt.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\">the paddle steamer Elias L\u00f6nnrot<\/a> sails the lake of Keurusselk\u00e4. On the southern shore of Keurusselk\u00e4 lies the city of <a title=\"M\u00e4ntt\u00e4\" href=\"http:\/\/www.manttavilppula.fi\/kulttuuri_ja_matkailu\/matkailu\/\" target=\"_blank\">M\u00e4ntt\u00e4<\/a> , which can be considered one of the birth places of Finnish paper industry. In M\u00e4ntt\u00e4 are the <a title=\"Serlachius-museot\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gaserlachius.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\">Serlachius-museums <\/a>, which are very highly regarded. The art collection of G\u00f6sta Serlachius is one of the most remarkable private collections. <\/p>\n<p>The village of Haapam\u00e4ki was founded in the late 1890s around an intersection on the railway to Vaasa. You can explore the history of the steam trains in the  <a title=\"Veturipuisto.fi\" href=\"http:\/\/www.veturipuisto.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\">Steam train park of Haapam\u00e4ki<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Driving instructions to the Rantamoijanen farm:<\/h2>\n<p>Arrive to Haapam\u00e4ki via Orivesi, Vilppula or Kolho. Turn to Haapam\u00e4ki at sign Haapam\u00e4ki \u2013 Ruovesi (road number 3481). Drive past the town centre. Continue for 5 km from the church, and turn left on a dirt road \u2013 signs are Moijanen and Ravirata. Drive this road for about 800 meters, and turn right at sign Rantamoijanen.
